1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of DropShop BD (the "Service"), operated by MarketSync Global Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to run a business in Bangladesh. You are responsible for the accuracy of your NID and business information and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to sell prohibited or restricted goods, engage in fraud, evade taxes, or infringe intellectual property. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Trial periods and BDT manual-payment terms are described on the pricing and billing pages. Refunds are handled case-by-case per Bangladesh consumer law.
5. Third-party services & trademarks
All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. DropShop BD is an independent aggregator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CJdropshipping, Printful, Spocket, AliExpress, DSers, Pathao, bKash, Nagad, or SSLCommerz unless explicitly stated. References to third-party services describe interoperability only. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, courier pickup times, payment settlement speeds, or supplier fulfillment. Business outcomes depend on your own execution.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajshahi.
